Gaining Clarity

Take your time with these questions.

There is no rush to answer them all right now.

Maybe sit & get comfortable then take a few minutes to simply connect with your breath. Then take your pen & journal & let your answers flow... with no editing. The answers are for "your eyes only". 

Remember to check in with your body as you do this, we sometimes respond with feelings before words come. 

The answers may be there waiting for you, they may suddenly pop into your head as you are doing something else so don't put yourself under any pressure.

When you feel grounded let's begin to dig a little deeper into what is working & what isn't. 

What area of your life or sitiuation do you need some clarity on?

  • Can I name how I feel right now?
  • What has drained my energy?
  • When I reflect back, what have I enjoyed?
  • What was it exactly that I enjoyed so much?
  • How did it feel?
  • What values am I neglecting?
  • If I could write out my perfect (fill in the blank), what would it look like?
  • What small step can I take towards being where I really want to be?

Notice if you feel a bit "lighter" now you have expressed your needs & gained clarity.

There's something truly liberating about this process. Understanding yourself is empowering.
